WHY THIS MATTERS

The automotive industry is facing a massive technician shortage.

Shops across the country cannot find trained technicians. The demand is growing. The workforce is shrinking. And the gap between the two gets wider every year.

100K+

unfilled technician positions every year

46%

of shops can't hire enough techs

$20K+

average cost of traditional tech school programs

THE PROBLEM

Vehicles are getting more complex. The people who know how to fix them are aging out of the industry faster than new techs are coming in.

Traditional training programs are expensive, inaccessible, or disconnected from what shops actually need. Not everyone has the means to spend $20,000+ on a tech school program — just to find out this career isn't for them.

THE SOLUTION

ProTech Pathway exists to change that.

We provide free, hands-on training inside a real working shop — led by a Master Technician who has already developed multiple technicians from zero experience to shop-ready.

No tuition. No debt. No guessing if this career is right for you. Just real training, real skills, and a real pathway to employment.
