The ProTech Pathway Internship Program is delivered at approved training partner shops. Each site operates under the same curriculum, safety standards, and evaluation process.
Crown's Corner Mechanics
Founding Training Partner
Crown's Corner Mechanics serves as the founding host training site for the ProTech Pathway Internship Program, providing facility access, equipment, mentorship, and hands-on instruction led by Master Technician Desiree White (The SheMechanic®). Their 9,000 sq ft, 8-bay shop in Conyers, GA is where interns gain real-world experience on real customer vehicles.

We're expanding the ProTech Pathway Internship Program to additional shop locations. If you own or operate an automotive repair facility and believe in workforce development, you can apply to become an approved training partner site.
Training partners receive the full program curriculum, evaluation tools, and administrative support from ProTech Pathway Foundation. You provide the facility, mentorship, and hands-on training environment.

HIRING NETWORK
Hire a ProTech Pathway graduate
When an intern completes the program and receives sign-off from our lead instructor, they're certified job-ready. Our Hiring Network connects these graduates directly with shops that are ready to bring on trained, motivated technicians.
Pre-vetted, trained talent
Every graduate completes a four-month, hands-on program and is signed off as job-ready by our lead instructor.

How it works

Join the network
Fill out our online application. We review your shop to make sure it is a good fit for our graduates.

We train and certify
Interns complete four months of hands-on training, weekly evaluations, and a final assessment. Only those who are signed off as job-ready enter the hiring pool.

Get matched
When a graduate is ready, we connect them with shops in the network based on location, specialties, and fit.

Hire with confidence
You get a technician who has been trained on real vehicles, evaluated weekly, and cleared to work. They continue learning through employment at your shop.
